Aggregate program reporting
Employee care information stays separated from employer-level program reporting.
Program components
Each component can be scoped during contracting, rather than presenting every organisation with the same fixed package.
Configure short-form wellbeing support and referral pathways for eligible employees under the employer agreement.
Create pathways for stress, anxiety, workplace pressure, grief, adjustment and referral to higher-level care where appropriate.
Where included, suitable health concerns can move into Regiment telehealth workflows without creating a separate employee journey.
Give managers and HR a non-clinical pathway for guidance on staff support, difficult situations and appropriate referral options.
Agree escalation and post-incident support arrangements before launch. Emergency care remains outside the EAP.
Use aggregate utilisation and agreed program measures while keeping individual employee health information protected.
Use the EAP as a clear front door into appropriate support while keeping the employee experience simple.
Who it is for
Select a workforce profile to see how the EAP can be shaped around the organisation rather than forcing every employer into one package.
Mid-size
Combine employee support with manager pathways, reporting and selected telehealth services.
Interactive rollout
Explore each stage of a potential EAP rollout.
Needs assessment
Map workforce size, locations, existing benefits, risks, employee groups and the support gaps you want the EAP to address.

Why Regiment
Separate employee care from employer reporting.
Agree the scope around your workforce and contract.
Optionally connect wellbeing and suitable telehealth pathways.
Give HR program-level insight without unnecessary clinical detail.
Privacy & trust
Employers fund the program. Employees need confidence that using it does not automatically expose their personal care information to the workplace.
The employer can receive agreed program-level information such as aggregate utilisation and service trends. Individual employee clinical or counselling content is not intended to be disclosed merely because the employer funds the program.
Personal and health information should remain within the authorised care workflow and be subject to applicable privacy, clinical-governance and access controls. Employer reporting is designed separately from the employee record.
Confidentiality is subject to applicable law and immediate safety obligations. Program documents should clearly explain any circumstances in which disclosure may be required, including serious and imminent safety concerns.
Program design
Regiment's model can be configured more broadly than a counselling-only program when the employer wants additional support pathways.
Corporate enquiries

Healthier people. Stronger teams.
Tailored for your organisation.
Regiment Telehealth is not an emergency or crisis service. In a medical emergency call 000 or attend the nearest emergency department. Final EAP clinical scope, practitioner availability, response times and escalation arrangements are confirmed in the relevant employer agreement.
