Issued where clinically appropriate following a consultation. Backdating is not provided.

Convenient reviews for suitable repeat scripts. Controlled and high-risk medicines are excluded.
Nurse triage
Registered nurses assess symptoms, identify red flags and route patients to the right level of care.
